Strategy

Bubble Shooters Network develops audience-centred strategies at the intersection of arts, culture, and wellbeing. We work between the strategic question and the reality of the audience. Iteratively, always grounded in what people actually need to participate meaningfully.
We apply psychology and narrative thinking to understand where barriers arise, and translate those insights into concrete frameworks: from positioning and identity to audience journeys, programme design, and implementation plans. Not one big plan, but building, testing and learning. So that decisions are made from insight, not assumption.
The mission of your arts organisation becomes not a document, but a practice.
Curious how we could support your organisation? Let’s connect.  Let’s connect.

Strategies for the arts by Bubble Shooters Network

We’ve worked with a wonderfully varied international clientele, from museum openings like H’ART Museum in Amsterdam and Ladbroke Hall in London, to large-scale exhibitions like Vermeer at the Rijksmuseum, to artist-led projects of DRIFT at the Venice Biennale. Whether large or small, local or global, we specialise in arts organisations that seek real engagement between art and people.

Bubble Shooters in action

  • Drift

  • H’ART Museum

  • Rijksmuseum

  • We worked with Amsterdam-based artist studio DRIFT years before the opening of the museum, to translate their vision: reconnecting humanity to nature through technology, into a compelling social media narrative. Helping the studio expand beyond the niche art world and connect with future visitors. Over a nine-month collaboration, we developed and executed a content strategy that significantly grew their audience, doubling their Instagram following and launching a successful TikTok presence. Establishing DRIFT with a broader audience eager to visit the new museum.

  • For H’ART Museum, we developed and executed the social media strategy for their opening exhibition Kandinsky, in collaboration with Centre Pompidou. We supported their transition from Hermitage Amsterdam to a renewed museum identity, engaging both existing and new audiences.

  • For the Rijksmuseum, we provided strategic consultancy on various parts of their social media approach, including the permanent collection. We helped create a balance between highlighting the masterpieces and still bring attention to lesser-known collections, always with audience engagement at the center.
