Social media for private and corporate collections

Collections are built with a vision in mind. The artworks have been brought together over years and are shown in a specific context whether this is an office or a dedicated art space. But the reach of the collection, and specifically the works can go further than those walls.

Curious about how social media can contribute to the visibility of your collection? Let’s connect.

Why we work with private and corporate collections

Collections don’t just reflect taste, they reflect intent. We work with private and corporate collections to translate that vision into compelling online communication, supporting the artists they champion and making the collection visible beyond its physical space.

How we collaborate with private and corporate collections

Strategy

We develop practical strategies to bring your collection online. From positioning and content formats to tone of voice and growth planning, our strategies turn ideas into an actionable social media plan.

Workshops

We give workshops that combine strategy with hands-on tools, tailored to your team’s needs. Whether it’s a one-off session or part of a broader training programme, we help cultural professionals feel more confident and capable online.

Strategic consultancy

Need input on a specific question or challenge? We offer tailored consultancy based on our experience in the cultural sector, helping collections find clarity in their positioning, storytelling or platform use.

Our experience with Dutch and
international private and
corporate Collections

We have worked with both corporate collections and private collections. Thinking not only how to increase the amount of visitors at open spaces, but also how to position a collection. We build a narrative around a collection before sharing it online, ensuring it resonates with audiences and attracts supporters who value its impact on (art) history.

Bubble Shooters in action

  • AkzoNobel Art Foundation

  • Marcel Sternberger Collection

  • Vereniging Bedrijfscollecties Nederland (VBCN)

  • For the corporate collection of AkzoNobel, we worked on their first large museum exhibition at the Kunstmuseum Den Haag, made a strategy to increase the amount of visitors to the Open Art Space and built a strategy for a more engaged international community on their Instagram.

  • Partnering with Julia Fiore, we crafted a digital strategy for The 19th Century Rare Books & Photographs Shop to bring the work of photographer Marcel Sternberger back into the spotlight. Launching an Instagram, email newsletters, Pinterest, webshop, and social ad campaign, we reached over 500.000 users.

  • For the VBCN, we developed and led a full-day workshop on strategic communication and social media management for corporate collections. The session combined high-level positioning with hands-on training, helping participants make social media feel approachable and purposeful.

What we do for others in the art world

Next to working for collections, we also work within
the ecosystem they operate in.
